I would never in my wildest dreams that that GM / Saab would have changed this design in the later models. I guess it was just too easy to repair the old way.
Does anyone know why in God's Green Earth is the logic to do it this way. Is it a pure service cost play? I guess it is a reason to say before '06 (and not get the green interior).
