Assuming your 16-inch snows are of the recommended size for the 9-5, their Outer Diameter should match that of your summer tires. You can always check the comparative OD sizes on one of the major tire retailer web sites to be sure. Just remember that any difference in ride height will be equal to one half of the OD difference. Radius, not diameter, is the important characteristic.
