Isn't the difference 0.5" because one splits the 1" wheel size difference? 10mm is a little less than 0.5". In the WIS tables, notice that for a non-Aero, the difference between 16" and 17" wheels (or 16" and 15") is 15mm or 0.59". This is due to the instructions to round to the nearest 5mm.
