Of course changing suspension parts is going to change alignment. Ride height alone will make the camber and toe-in change.
I would make sure the alignment shop has the Saab alignment specs from the WIS.
Aero set up specs from the WIS are below. All the specs are in the WIS. the degrees are at the stated ride height. If your height is different us the WIS table
FRONT
Ride Height 620mm
TOE IN .14 degrees
Camber: .9 degrees
REAR
Ride Height: 610MM
TOE IN .21 degrees
Camber: 1.1 degrees
