I am unsure that there is a DRL adjustment in tech2. Because DRL can be easily by-passed just by pulling the fuse (#35 in-dash fuse box).
Perhaps you had it in for service recently and someone replaced the fuse, thinking they were doing you a favor.
Everyone, please remember too: Just because your DRLs are always on, doesn't mean your tail lights are. The head lights turn off when the ignition key is off, so why not just leave the headlamp switch in the ON position? More lights = more safety (front and rear)
