2004 Aero Standard Trans.
I have the same issues but only in the Wintertime. A 3x-Flush transmission fluid job would solve both of our problems, when it's warmer or have a garage handy. Just search to read up on how to's. Simple job, just have the fluid ready.
For now I park the SAAB in reverse after work when the car and transmission is hot. In the morning only the forward gears are used. Problem solved, temporarily.
Cheers!
