The middle cable clamp on the positive harness is a 10 mm hex bolt. The clamp on the cable attaches to an ear on the coolant pipe on the left rear corner of the head. Right rear looking into the engine compartment. I used a 10 mm deep socket, and a 2 inch extension to position the ratchet between the upper radiator hose and master cylinder. Once loose I used the deep socket and 3/8 square drive "spinner" to remove the screw.
Putting it back was much easier than I thought. I positioned the screw by hand and then used the spinner and 10 mm deep socket to get about two turns an then I went back to the ratchet and 2 inch extension.
All in all not a bad job. I took my time and took photos and cleaned things as I went. About 2.5 hours start to finish. Now that I know what I'm doing I could do it in under an hour. I posted a link to Photobucket of some photos I did while installing the cable.
