Guess I wasn't being precise. The booster does hold vacuum and the pedal behaves exactly like my 98CSE and truck with good brakes do once the residual vacuum has been depleted with the engine off. My question is why doesn't the pedal sink then if the master is leaking?
I'm suspecting something other than the master but wondered if putting plugs in the master outlet ports then starting the engine and checking for the pedal with assist is a good test. If I had them I would put linelocks before the hoses on all four calipers to test. Not sure I want to use visegrips on the hoses.
