I just took my subframe off last weekend as the part of putting in a new transmission. It was a royal PITA, but I got it done in an afternoon out in the driveway by myself. The subframe bushings may be okay. Mine were, at least. Definitely replace the sway bar bushings, or at least grease them with some synthetic grease. They'll never be as accessible as they are with the subframe off. The same goes for the oil pan. Nothing is in your way with the subframe off. It's a great time to take the pan off, clean it out, replace the three O-rings in there, and reseal the pan with anerobic sealant. My rear engine mount was split in two, so it's getting replaced. You have to unbolt the mount to get the subframe down, since it straddles the steering rack. The only other thing I can think of that you want to check is the oil pressure relief valve. The subframe normally blocks the plunger from coming out, so you may want to take the cap off and clean and polish the plunger.
