Ok I assumed you were doing the work.
Yeah if he's taking down the whole frame you may as well change the front two.
Yes I did it on jack stands.
I removed the center nut on the rear engine mount and removed the steering rack bolts.
The bushings came out easy. Pried them out like Anders described here somewhere.
Sometimes the outside nylon sleeve didn't come out, so I ran an air saw on it and it dropped out from the vibration.
