Went back last night to complete the job. Again, nothing too hard, though some tips were appreciated. Getting the bar out is a challenge. The wiring harness twists around it, and one must be very careful moving it out. I was hampered by only having one direction to remove it (to the right). It may have gone out better the other way, I'm not sure.
After that, it's disconnecting heater hoses, AC lines, and the three small screws that hold the rest of the car to the heater box.
I'm guessing it'll take me 4-6 hours to get it all apart. Less with some helping hands on the dozens of screws, nuts & bolts, and to help pulling the dash and bar.
Thankfully, my car is a V6, so getting at the hoses and bolts from the engine bay isn't nearly as terrible as it would be with a 4 cylinder.
In a few weeks, when I'm doing the swap on my car, I'll post more photos.
