110,000 miles if your travels are mostly freeway driving. I suppose city commuting would shorten its life.
On my fourth and final trip back home from the Big Box store today, where I bought 60 bags of landscape mulch, I spotted the Check Engine light. I never let an ignition module age past 90K miles on my 2000 9-5 so at 110K miles on this car I was pretty sure I knew what was up. Code P1312 confirmed it.
Second set of platinum plugs in the car and its original ignition module , as far as I know.
