New spare in the basement Posted by MI-Roger [Email] (#882) [Profile/Gallery] (more from MI-Roger) on Sat, 2 May 2015 18:15:48 In Reply to: Re: I found the life expectancy for the IDM/DIC, Name Left Blank, Sat, 2 May 2015 18:05:59 Members do not see ads below this line. - Help Keep This Site Online - Signup |
But I need new plugs too, and those I don't have on hand. I ordered a set of plugs and a new spare ignition module from Rock Auto tonight. I had been planning to take my spare ignition module with me to Carlisle in case the module in the Viggen decided to act up, but now my previous spare will be captive to the Aero's engine. With two T7 cars I need to keep a spare at all time.
~$148 for an Airtex/Wells ignition module from Rock Auto tonight. My previous spare was also sold under the Wells name but was an authentic SEM manufactured unit from Sweden - complete with Saab part number.
