Thanks! This is exactly the sort of feedback I was hoping to hear. Fully understand that these generic OBD II scanners are not magic bullets, and the readings need to be treated with caution. Having said that I am having fun despite the steep learning curve, and got more than a little satisfaction from seeing the short term fuel trim numbers settle down from a fairly constant + value to a more equal +/- distribution with each fixed intake manifold leak.
