Brakes Squealing when backing up

every time I back out of my garage in the morning, my brakes howl! thinking it is the rear brakes. In any event - I am replacing all 4 rotors and all 4 pads. I have the motive bleeder but haven't used it in a long time. Whats the proper procedure? do I put brake fluid in the bleeder itself when I go to bleed the brakes? or just put some in the cap
Secondly - when I 1st drive in the morning I hear a scraping sound. could be my brakes dragging or just the wear indicator? or is it something with the parking brake?
So, when I am in there do I need to do a parking brake adjustment?
third - anti squeal stuff - Do I just put this stuff everywhere to make sure I don't have an squeals?
2003 aero - 145k miles. My front rotors and pads have lasted 105K miles (R1 concepts drilled and slotted and akebono euro pads)
