How to prevent 'welding' of rear wheels onto hubs?

Every time, for the last 7-8 years, when I go to remove the rear wheels, they are frozen to the hubs. Then only way I can break them free is to loosen all the lugnuts, drift the car back and slam on the brakes. They usually let loose with a loud pop after 2-3 times.
Everytime I replace them, I wire brush the mating surfaces, and have tried various things to coat them to prevent the problem but nothing seems to work. I've tried: thick oil, thin oil, high temp synthetic grease, lithium grease, and never seize. No success with anything.
Any suggestions???
If I ever have a flat on the road, I'll never be able to get the wheel off...
