I had the same symptoms on our '04 Aero at about 110K. New TB fixed it. I didn't even blink an eye buying a new one. I sold that car about a year ago.
I have a fuel pump sitting on the shelf, and just did the CPS (125K), alternator, serpentine belt (put in a long one), pulleys, and tensioner on our '03 Aero. It was about 130K when the alternator went. I had that rebuilt locally.
