So it seems like everything is ok, except the starter.
You didn't do the bridging of red and yellow but it would probably have created the same click from starter that you already hear.
The weak ground signal you find at blue wire is only bleed through ground through the coil inside relay from the blue/white wire so that you can forget about since it goes away in favor of battery power when you are turning the key to cranking.
What you should try now is to bridge power from the thick battery cable at starter to the solenoid wire directly and if it is still only a click from solenoid, you have a bad starter, bad ground or positive battery cables or a bad battery.
