So have I, before I started carrying spares with me. Of course this was much easier to do with my 2000 9-5 as I didn't need a full tool kit to access the most difficult to reach lamps.
The passenger side front lamps on my '08 are more difficult to access than the passenger side on my 2000, which were the hard ones on that car. The driver's side previously needed no tools, now I need to remove the battery cover, move aside the front fuse block, remove the battery, then finally remove a heat shield, just to reach the dust caps.
