I feel for you, Anders.
Our customers all apparently seem to feel so helpless when the "bulb failure" warning come on.
And like it's OUR fault that all of the bulb on their vehicle don't last FOREVER.
As a side-story.
One of my previous employers (to remain unnamed) would get upset when/if the front turn-signal bulbs didn't get replaced if the amber-film was peeling off of them.
He was so adamant about this that it became an include "feature" during the 30K/60K/90K/120K mileage service intervals.
I have to commend him for pressuring the attention-to-detail though.
It's definitely followed with me.
