The interior dor handle has a thin plastic cover that snaps off with a little effort. With that removed you can tighten the two anchoring screws that secure the handle as yours sound as if they may have loosened. I recommend using a torx bit in a bit driver handle which has a hexagonal shaft, then place a 1/4 inch wrench on the flats of the shaft for additional turning power to really get those suckers tight.
p.s. - Personal taste only but I like the aluminum painted plastic trim on my Aero's interior better than the '08 wood printed plastic trim. In fact, I recently bought a used console cover piece (the black plastic plate that surrounds the shifter) and a can of Eastwood Interior Metallic Trim paint to replace the plain black plastic in my Aero with a cover plate that matches the dash.
