'05 9-5 Alarm Issues?

Wondering if the 05 has similar alarm issues to the earlier models.
I turned off the alarm in my '00 after many battery issues and phantom alarm sessions in the middle of the night or such.
Anyone know should I expect to have similar in an 05 or was it rectified?
Thanks in advance.
