I think it depends on your repair facilities. First blush says to replace it - at 215K miles you got your monies worth and the odds of failure are increasing daily.
Having said that, WPs usually give ample warning before they actually completely fail (e.g. leaking from the weep hole). If you work in a warm garage then you can replace the pump anytime.
I have to do almost all my work outside and my fingers don't do well at 40 degrees F..so I do as much as I can in the warmer months.
My experience is that WPs (and radiators) usually fail in the dead of winter when it is 20 degrees F outside which puts more stress on the system, and usually at an inopportune time. I don't like working outside in 20 degree weather, especially with water...
I still say replace it all since you are there....
