Should you be doing all 6, you may only be able to use the 06+ parts for the 4 "in the corners" - the front and rear-most bushings, and may the specific bushings for your car for the center two.
If just the rear two (most common failure) you can use just the 06+.
The first time mine failed, I replaced just the rear two (and they used aftermarket 03s), but when I had to have it done over again a few years later, I had all 6 done (with the 06+ and 03 for the center). Its been great since - 3 years later. It wasn't cheap, but well worth it (I can't find the invoice in my files at work to tell you how much the labor was).
While the subframe is loose is a good time to get to that lower rear-most motor mount as well.
