Lower control arm bushings and yes, you'll need to replace the front tires. Had the same problem with the car not being able to get an alignment. After replacing the lower control arms went in for the alignment and they told me by the specs it's perfect. Got in the car and drove off and it stilled pulled hard. The tires had 25% wear on them didnt want to swap them out. Had a 9-3 in the garage and swapped two of the 9-3 wheels to the front of the 9-5 and it drove like a dream, dead as a arrow. The difference was night and day the old 9-5 tires pulled extremely hard. Kind of a bummer that they only had 25% tread loss but they were destroyed. I'd imagine yours is the same swap out lower control arm bushings, swap tires, and if the problem still persists go after the steering knuckle.
