Speaking from experience, don't store a parts car. It's better to strip the things worth keeping and send it off to car heaven. You can condense the really useful things from a parts car to a few boxes, much easier to store and much more SO friendly.

I think radio, SID, ACC box need to be divorced. If you don't have access to a tech II or equivalent then don't bother, those parts are all over ebay.

Water pump is not worth the effort IMO. Alternator is not that difficult to remove, probably worth it. AC compressor would be another item worth pulling if good, and the starter. All of those are fairly expensive to replace, and AC compressors are getting pretty rare. Drive axles are not expensive, but also easy to pull. Brake calipers? I decided to pass on those, but they aren't hard to pull either.

Think about things that are NLA and thin on the ground (which reminds me, I need to pull the ABS unit from my parts car before it gets picked up). I took every switch out of the dash on my parts car, and the mirror control, window switches, and the overhead console and rear overhead light. Cup holder if it's good is another small item worth grabbing. If you have a Prestige sound system, take any good speakers, replacement options are a challenge except for the subwoofer(s). If you have a tan interior and your front door pulls are good, grab 'em. Those are totally NLA.

How is your cowl cover (panel under the wipers)? How about the plastic trim around the top of the tailgate opening? Door seals?

Headlights and taillights are easy to pull, and are among the most likely needs for a future or present car. Driver door window regulator is it's not worn out, those are the ones most likely to fail.
