Only front bumper cover I can see in EPC

From the EPC

This is the PN for a rectangular LH cover which fits on the front bumper.

The EPC also indicates there are two different front bumper skins. One for cars with healamp washers and one for those cars without. The only other cover shown is to fill the foglamp holes.

It is not clear if the same cover is used for both, or if the cover for the headlamp washer equipped cars is part of the washer assembly, or if there are even holes in the bumper skin requiring cover plates for cars not equipped with headlamp washers.
