It was a mixture of parts - Lemforder ball joints, Genuine Saab sway bar bushings, Proparts lower control arms and bushing kits, the sway bar links are Genuine Saab. I had put new Proparts links on the car three years ago but since both have failed and I put the old ones back on. The sway bar links Proparts provides are not very good but other parts seem fine.
It does make a big difference. I found a bit of play in the control arm bushings after I put on the new tires and with an alignment to do and the cars inspection coming due I thought it would be a good time to do this work. I replaced the control arms as the kit was very reasonable and the control arms on my previous 2000 9-5 Aero had rusted through in two places. So it was an easy decision as there was a bit of rust starting on the 2006 control arms.
Very happy with the results.
