Yes I did follow that Youtube video that showed the hole saw removal of the existing rubber bushing and the recip saw cutting out the remaining metal ring from inside the subframe. That all worked well, a recip saw is a must, I got a small one as space was tight when just up on ramps.
The installation of the poly bushings using the weight of the car didn't work for me. So I changed the plan and converted the poly bushings into split bushings by cutting them in half, a band saw is perfect for this but I used a thin Japanese pull saw to keep the kerf narrow. A washer was needed to support the bushing from below. I used a heavier one than the washers supplied with the bushing kit. It works great. Years ago Whiteline used to supply a split bushing for these cars but that product is no longer available, so this is nothing new.
I also bought new tires, Yokohama S-Drive 235/45/17's. They are very good. Which tires did you buy?
Hope this helps.
