Did you post to 9-3 board as well ?
That said, I would look hard at the DIC connector and the wiring harness from it all the way back. Those "open circuit / short to B+" suggest to me that there's an issue somewhere that's not consistent with your observation of spark for all cylinders, AND your fuel-soaked plugs.
Are ALL plugs fuel soaked ? I don't remember (without looking under my daughter's 9-5 hood) where the vacuum for the fuel pressure regulator comes from - where does fuel GO if it gets sucked into a cracked FPR diaphragm ? My old 1988 9000S had a classic "FPR Fail" that dumped fuel directly into the intake manifold and caused a no-start with flooded cylinders 2 & 3. But that was a little different design.
