I always change the oil when hot. I normally drive the car (from work, running errands, etc), park it in my garage, and wait an hour before changing the oil (I think for this sample, I only waited 45 minutes).
I ordered a new maf sensor. Hopefully, that'll help, since I can't think of much else to do (just about everything else has been replaced).
