I hauled out my Tech 2 yesterday. The short term fuel trim was up around 8% at idle, then pretty steady at 0% while under boost. The front O2 sensor oscillated between 0.1 and 0.7, but tended to stay around 0.6-0.7 most of the time.
I thought it might be an exhaust leak, so I looked at where my turbo connects to the downpipe (downpipe was replaced a while ago with a Taliaferro). Sure enough, one of the nuts is about 1/8" away from the flange, so it's not even contacting the flange (the shop that installed it usually does good work). I tried tightening the nut, but it takes quite a bit of oomph to turn it, so I sprayed some penetrating oil on it and I'll order a spare stud and nut (just in case) before I fix it.
I do hear ticking when I start the car, but I always thought it was the valve train, not an exhaust leak.
