I would give thema at least 3 9-5 Aero comps and tell them you will settle for the average of the 3.

Use Saabnet as Scott suggested. This is what the real world pays for a good 9-5 Aero.

iT IS WORTH FIGHTING WITH THEM. Their game is to give you as little as possible.
