Good thinking on the oil pressure switch (and the vacuum lines).
I'll check out the brake booster line. (I think I already cracked it and had to repair it with epoxy, so thanks for the reminder! I'll have to see if that was this car or the '03... It was within the last year.)
I've put over 120K on 9-5s so I know the cars pretty well. I owned an '04 Aero wagon from 70K - 120K, and an '03 Aero wagon from 121K - 186K. (The '04-'05 is my favorite era of the 9-5 Aero... just need to find one with a stick shift in wagon form!)
This one feels a bit lose in the front suspension/subframe department. I think it lived an almost exclusively urban/surface street life before I picked it up about a year ago. I know the later subframe bushings ('06 and later) have better longevity, but I will check out all the front suspension wear bits for that job in the future. (Although I didn't say it in my original post, that would include all engine and trans mounts.) I'll probably put Bilsteins on it when I do get around to that work.
The rear of this one is not sagging, where both the others did sag (plenty).
Thanks again for the input. I appreciate it. I'll go look up parts on eEuroparts right now!
