The fender lamp? In the past those lamp housings pushed forward to disengage them from the fender, then the lamp was extricated from the back side.
The lamps in the rear corner of the headlamp assemblies are reached by removing a tiny Torx screw (T5?) on the top side which is barely visible when the hood is raised.
