'03 Aero @ 123k. Pretty sure I've got a bad alternator. Started with battery warning light - quickly progressed to full Christmas tree, general chaos, and limp home mode. Fortunately made it back to the garage. Found P0560 fault code with the CEL.

Battery was a 7yo DieHard, so I started by replacing that. Still have the battery warning. Further investigation shows 12V across the battery at rest, a little under 12V at idle, and 11V at idle with load (lights/AC/hazards). Can't reach my multimeter down to the alternator to get at the (+) cable attachment, but don't see obvious corrosion from above.

I'm neither handy or healthy so we're headed to the shop. Sadly, the subframe bushings were done just last year so I missed the chance to R&R the alternator then to save the awful repeat labor. I'd like to avoid making that mistake again. From what I read here:

- Use a new or rebuilt Bosch alternator (and hope for the best). eEuro has a Bosch AL0813X, apparently new, which I understand to be the spec 140A version. There's also a rebuilt Bosch AL0782X (130A). Preference?
- Do the + battery cable (12755254).
- Consider motor mounts (All of them or just the passenger side)?
- Consider oil pressure sender (55559824).
- The belt and idler pully/tensioner (short belt conversion) were replaced in 2012 @80k, so I assume that's ok?
- Water pump o-ring has been slowly seeping for years in winter but not worsened. Pump itself was replaced in 2007 @49k. Any use addressing that now?

Many thanks for your wisdom.
