is a one and done thing, and is activated with the proper crush of the seal washer at the specified torque. Most spark plugs are over torqued. A quality NGK plug in clean threads does not need much tightening, you can feel the washer crush. When was the last time you saw a loose spark plug?
Or one that fell out?
If you re-use a spark plug, the crush washer is already crushed, so good luck with the seal.
If the seal is faulty combustion gases find their way up the threads and make the plug very difficult to remove.
I have never used anti-seize on a spark plug in 50 years of plug changing.
