Thanx for all the info. I passed on adding MMO and did a drain (almost 4 qrts) and fill using Valvoline MAX-LIFE ATF. It had the cross rating of TIV and 3309 and GM approved (same drive train as the Saturn LW300). The fluid was very dark. My last change was about 60K miles ago. Clearly it needs it sooner so I'll be doing another change in a month and plan to do this more often. Thanks All!
