Sorry for that read error.
Yeah, with the all auxiliary devices taken out of the picture and timing chain tensioner being in spec and still having that noise. My suspicion goes toward that something happened with the new balance chain tensioner.
Not a fun job to verify though since cylinder head, oil pan and timing cover needs to be removed to do it the right way.
Maybe start with dropping the oil pan and see if the chain can be poked and prodded at to see if it is loose.
