When you turn ignition to START, can you hear five distinctive clicks coming from under the hood? ( limp home solenoid being activated)
I would move TB flap manually when TB is in limp to feel for any obstructions and freedom of movement.
If so, your TB is in limp. You must clear Trionic DTC in ECU first and then reset TB mechanically.
There is a procedure in WIS and YouTube on how its done.
Try clearing codes, resetting TB mechanically and trying again to start 9-5 normally.
Lets us know the results.
