I’ve removed the instrument cluster several times to replace bulbs and it is not all that hard if you are patient. There really isn’t that much you can break but be careful if you remove the turn signal and wiper arms as they have some delicate tabs. It’s not that hard to remove the steering wheel and that makes the job easier. Just be sure to disconnect the battery before removing the air bag. Look into LED bulbs so you don’t have to do it again. Make sure you put them in with the right polarity before you put things back together. Burned out bulbs could have serious consequences if you miss a warning light. Some of the bulbs aren’t used depending on your particular configuration. You can get cheap large u-clips to remove the radio as those holes are used on other cars. It is also easy to remove the plastic lens on the instrument cluster to clean off years of accumulated grime. It will look new with the bulbs and clean lens.
