Hi friends, 2008 9.5 WAGON remove and install fuel pump assembly question. Did read note tank vent system lines within the tank did combined to one line with a clip reached from below main pump cover
plate. so in raising old pump assm 4-5 inches, gaining access to underside in tank pump plate vent hose connection. Good so far, clip and connector not broken. However, where the vent line in tank branches into 2 lines, they seem to have lost, Or I cannot see how or where these 2 other lines are secured or routed inside tank. my concern is that fuel sender float arm may catch and hang up on one of these lines. I see aq screw with white nylon washed in bottom forward of tank bottom but one end of a groove that does seem to hold one inside tank line...tapers to a box canyon, a line would pinch if put under this " line holder" ?
or if upper single vent conn is re-installed w new pump assembly, does the hard plastic formed vent lines stay away from sender float due to hard formed corners in plastic vent fuel lines?
Thanks for reply, top pump seal was on ebay, NLS elsewhere?
Thanks Don
