Currently in my 8th decade of life, I tend to try not to roll around under the car too much, but I rely a lot on my phone's camera to see things that are "hidden." In this case I did have to lie down on the asphalt to look for the outlet which I originally thought was under the wheel liner or accessible through the trunk. I was wrong on both counts. Once I touched the nipple, a bunch of junk and a lot of water came out narrowly missing me. Only the right rear was blocked, not the left. The front needed help from a vinyl coated steel rope. The front exits are hidden in the front fender somewhere and can't be seen. Both of the rear drains ought to be in the same location, but I have a 9-5 and I see no reason for them to differ on other models.
Afterwards, I took the photo like a selfie from the left outlet. I'm in Virginia and although we get salt in Winter, the snow is never as bad as the Western Tier of NY gets, which might be why my rubber outlet is not like yours.
I just wish that I'd been more clued in on clearing them when I bought the car.
