wow... super low miles for on 02 model... If the car has been garaged during that time, then you may be in great shape...
I didn't really run into any real repairs on my 01 linear until well after 100k... If they kept up with the PCV fixes, and did regular oil changes every 5-7k miles.. I wouldn't worry about sludge...
Otherwise. .the components that seem to fail most often on these cars are the DIC, Throttle body, CPS sensor, Heater bypass valve, window -green rollers, and the stepping motors and plastic cams associated with the ACC system.. (check for codes as mentioned)..

Given its age.. and low miles.. it probably sits alot.. Take a peek underneath at the exhaust/muffler.. to see how rotted it looks.. and Take a peek under the passenger front side for oil seepage/leaks.. which are common ...
