So I finally got the 6mm bolt off to get the blend door motor off

- the blend door arm visually looks ok, and when I move it up and down with my finter it actually does affect the heat level -- is there something I could be missing? Like if it is broken it should obviously not work right?

- the blend door motor dangling and reconnected to the power does turn back and forth if you modify from HEAT (hi) to COLD (lo). Interestingly, I dont feel any AC anymore no matter, and I guess that is ok for now.

So now I'm not sure why the blend door wasnt working when the arm works and the motor works independently? But Im sure when they were connected the arm there was nothing happening (no change from HI to LOW but my finger can make the change. Right now a calibration (without blend door reattached I get a code 01 06. Before it was 01 08.

Help?
