What, me notice?
You flatter me, sir.
I've never sought Saabaru or alternate-SUV info on Saabnet. I expect suitable info exists elsewhere for badge enthusiasts willing to find it.
For now, a couple random, thorny thoughts:
(1) The XWD hardware used in the NG9-5 "Aero" is shared--down to the PART NUMBERS--by the contemporaneous swan-song nine-THREES. No intersection with, say, a 2004 9-5 Aero exists.
(B) I'm personally fond of the 9-4X. To me, its styling suggests a stockier, more-upright rendition of the "unicorn" NG9-5 wagon. Sometime after I win Powerball, I will own a 9-4X. ITS engine is found in the NG9-5 Aero, and by extension, the later B284 9-3 xwd cars. My plea of personal privilege is to include the 9-4X in one, or both, of whatever appropriate board/s you arrange.
All the best!
