Hello,
Ignore the wire from MCC. This is for manual climate control cars which I have never seen in the US. Since they did not have an ACC control module on the bus they had a direct wire to DICE to request AC. So the way your AC works is ACC requests AC and sends a signal to DICE. DICE gets this signal and check AC pressure, outside temperature and fans and then sends a signal over the bus to T7 to turn on the compressor. T7 checks for any DTC's in T7 and engine coolant temperature and if everything is good it controls the AC compressor relay to turn on the compressor. So go check and see what T7 says. If it looks good check at the compressor for power on the wire that connects under the passenger headlight. You can also check the actual relay which I guess you could jump and the fuse. I believe it uses the fuse in the engine compartment fuse panel that also powers up the alarm siren. Good Luck, Bernie
