Definitely do not have pins 6 and 14 on this car. It is set up exactly as shown on the wiring diagram you sent earlier. Maybe NY changed something this year, but I have been able to get NY inspection for last 7 years or so with this same car. Will redo the grounds as JerseySaab recommends and see if that works. Fingers crossed.
