The first start of the day is almost always hard in cooler weather. Its pretty ok in the summer. Sometimes it takes 3, 4, 5 attempts. After the first start it starts fine the rest of the day. I found that turning the key to run, wait till it stops donging, then to off, 3 times and attempt a start helps. Sometimes I have to do it twice. To me it feels like a fuel problem, I just haven't been able to identify the cause yet. I have recently changed fuel pump, fuel filter, cps. I had the fuel system pressure tested. Part of my problem may be I don't use the car much, but I will take it for a drive at least once a week. If you find something that helps post it, please.
