Ref to a Saab WIS wiring diagram.
Your driver 357D connector is a 10 pin connector that connects to a seat control module. Referring to an electrical diagram, short the following pins to have seat move (fwd) pins 10 to 6 and (aft) pins 10 to 7 etc… provided that driver door was recently opened. As well as check fuses 25 & 26. If seat moves, you have a faulty switch.
This way you can eliminate faulty switch or a faulty controller.
